September: Working with BIPOC GBTQIA teachers and students
October: School, home, community, in an online environment- Building programming for families, supporting teachers in a hybrid manner using data and Relationships
November: You have to know SEL, this will be the immediate future need- Is your school a reflection of your student population? SEL components 1-4
December: DATA MATTA- using data to guide instruction from phonics analysis to gathering and interpreting data from non-formal assessments.
January: Practice: What do you say to this teacher- Many times we don’t get to practice identifying teacher need based on a rubric. (DEI rubric, TNTP rubric, Danielson rubric)
February: Let’s not forget the characteristics of students with disabilities or our sped systems.
March: Microlearning, chunking content for bite-sized learning, and asynchronous learning. How can our students thrive in the 21st century and what phase are your teachers in when it comes to SAMR (my book).
April: What does personalized learning look like in 3-5 years?
May: How can I help teachers incorporate Trauma-Informed Practices in their classrooms?
June: Can I implement Genius Hour in my school?
July: Mindfulness as a school focus.
